Are there restrictions on returning items?
- CDs, DVDs or other electronic media may only be returned if in the original, unopened package.
How do I return an item?
- Product may be returned by the shipping method of your choice, at your expense.
- For best results, choose a ship method with tracking information.
- We are not responsible for lost returns.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
- If you find your product to be defective or damaged, we will pay the cost of return shipping.
- Simply email us through the Contact Us form to request a return shipping label.
- A prepaid shipping label will be issued through email for the return.
- If you choose to use your own shipping method, we cannot reimburse your shipping cost.
